The Body Confidence Series - Week 10



Welcome to week 10 of 'The Body Confidence Series'. Can you believe we have reached week 10 already. We have five full weeks left to reach our goals but it doesn't stop there. I created this series with the aim of a lifestyle change more so than focusing on just a 15 week challenge. Body confidence is something that we all dream of having but for some myself included it is something a lot of people struggle with. One of the things that I have learnt throughout this series is that everything starts in the mind. We all have 'fat' days every now and then no matter how much we eat clean and workout and we all have days when we feel like we have nothing to wear. Truth be told we can't gain 10 lbs over night so that morning when you wake up feeling fat and that you have nothing to wear don't be so hard on yourself. You are just having an off day, maybe you've had a busy week at work and a few late nights or maybe you've over done it in the gym and need a night off. 

Recovery is just as important as exercise, if you don't take at least one day off a week you will burn yourself out. It is also important to have an other social outlet or you will lose interest. Life is all about balance that is something else I am learning. In the past I would feel so guilty about taking a day off  or having a cheat meal but now I reap the benefits. I crave getting back into gym and eating healthy after taking a weekend off and once I start back I feel refreshed and replenished ready to start the week fresh. It is a bank holiday here in Ireland so I took the weekend off including today but I made sure to stay active. 
Workout Schedule 

- Monday - Walk for one hour on treadmill or outdoors.

- Tuesday Am: Stretch, walk/jog for thirty minutes. Pm: Kim Kardashian Amazing Abs Body Sculpt Workout, Ab & Squat Challenge (Free app) and Weighted hoop for 20 minutes. 

- Wednesday Am: Stretch, Tone It Up - Insane Cardio Workout. Pm: Kettle Bell Circuit 45 minutes, Ab & Squat Challenge (Free app) and Ab Workout Routine For Curves & Hourglass Figure At Home.

- Thursday Am: Stretch, walk/jog for thirty minutes. Pm: Kim Kardashian Amazing Abs Body Sculpt Workout, Ab & Squat Challenge (Free app), Kettle Bell Back & Arms 20 minutes.    

- Friday Am: Stretch, Tone It Up - Fat Burning Treadmill Workout . Pm: Weighted hoop for 20 minutes. Ab & Squat Challenge (Free app). Kettle Bell Circuit 45 minutes. 

- Saturday Am: Stretch. Ab & Squat Challenge. Kim Kardashian Amazing Abs Body Sculpt Workout. 

Sunday - Pilates
